As to the delivery fee (all $ here stands for CAD):
CA – $2-4 for slim items and $5.5 for thick items
USA – generally $4.5
Elsewhere – generally $9
* For CA customers, shipping fee may add up at check out for multiple items, but the single shipping fee can normally cover the whole package and I’ll do a refund after the order’s placed;
** as the shipping fee varies a lot across Canada, order might be cancelled when shipping fee’s much higher than expected.
