The Design
The Mississippi Avenue Dress or Top has an easy feminine style. As a sleeveless design, it lends itself to spring and summer dressing, and when paired with a cardigan, tights and boots it makes a great transition piece.

It features a V-neckline, spaghetti shoulder ties, an elastic almost empire waist (slightly higher than the natural waistline) and has a front panel that creates a slimming and interesting design feature. There are 3 options for length – Dress C falls a little below the knee, Dress B falls above the knee and Top A falls below the high hip.

Using a drapey fabric will give it a vintage look, and using a crisp linen or cotton will give it a more modern look.
